Fantastic service from Julie. Two mortgages were involved which required a number of changes during the course of valuations etc. and required approval from the lender. Julie organised the initial offers speedily and was cheerful and good-humoured about undertaking the extra work involved in making the changes we requested. She worked effectively in  speedily obtaining the lender's approvals and always promptly answered the phone and emails.
